Facility Services effect variety of Government clients by providing a professional accomplishment of operations, maintenance and, other related tasks that include a wide variety of services intended to provide "turn-key" operations of Government facilities. We provide our services in a professional, cost effective and timely manner to over 80,000 tenants of our facilities each and every day. TECOM continues to seek new and innovative techniques to provide a better service to our clients and to achieve higher customer satisfaction at each of our faciliteis.

Current Operations include: Commercial Facility Management for Bonneville Power Administration in Portland, OR for two facilities encompassing 870,000 square feet; Commercial Facility Management for the IRS in Holtsville, NY covering 600,000 square feet and 70 acres of grounds and parking; Mechanical Maintenance for GSA in Portland, OR which includes operation and maintenance of 7 separate Federal buildings encompassing 1,500,000 square feet; Mechanical Maintenance for GSA in Denver, CO for 6 separate facilities totaling 1,600,000 square feet; Mechanical Maintenance for GSA in Kansas City, MO of 14 separate faciliteis covering 2,400,000 square feet; and Skilled Manpower in Washington, DC providing skilled maintenance personnel to offset the Government's internal workforce in over 20 faciliteis encompassing over 8,000,000 square feet.
